Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the process of ordering custom instrumentals through HypHEN. By placing an order for custom instrumentals with HypHEN, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms
Custom instrumentals are created to your specifications, including genre, style, and any particular requests you may have. All instrumentals will be produced according to the details you provide during the ordering process.

2. Ordering Process
To initiate the order for a custom instrumental, you must provide detailed information on your requirements, including but not limited to genre, key, instruments, BPM and any specific instruments or elements you want to be included in message. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for providing accurate and clear specifications to ensure the instrumental meets your expectations.

3. Advance Payment
A advance payment of Rs. 5000 is required to start work on the custom instrumental. This payment will be deducted from the final cost of the instrumental. After payment, as per the receipt of your order, HypHEN will confirm the details and start the work immediately. The remaining balance for the project will be due upon completion, prior to delivery of the final instrumental.

5. Delivery
The completed instrumental will be delivered via any method you want(e.g Gmail, file-sharing link, media-fire, etc) after the remaining balance is paid in full. HypHEN will deliver within 3 days. Upon delivery, the instrumental will be considered final, and you are responsible for reviewing the work thoroughly.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights
You will retain full ownership of the final instrumental once the remaining balance is paid in full. You are granted the right to use the instrumental for commercial or non-commercial purposes. HypHEN reserves the right to credit HypHEN(via Voice Tag) as the producer of the instrumental before final delivery of your Instrumental.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
You have to cancel the order within 3 days of placing order, and HypHEN will refund any payments made. If you choose to cancel the order after 3 days, you have to pay a fine of Rs. 1000. No refunds will be issued after the final instrumental is delivered and approved.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
HypHEN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.

By placing an order for a custom instrumental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
